Stage Electrics are proud to have been supporting NSDF since 1996 during which time we have supplied all technical related equipment used during the festival including lighting, sound, staging, rigging and audio visual equipment however, our relationship with the festival does not end there, our close links with industry manufacturers coupled with our huge knowledge base supplied from our 270 specialist staff, enable us to provide assistance with workshops, tutorials and training sessions for both the technical crew and other festival goers.

To Stage Electrics, NSDF represents all that is good about training the entertainment industry of tomorrow. Some of the technical crew may never have touched a lantern or a sound desk before and come armed to the festival only with a huge amount of enthusiasm but they leave having had not only a huge amount of fun with similar minded people in a team environment but extremely valuable training and the opportunity to work with the latest industry equipment. Many people go on to work full time in theatre or other areas of entertainment and put their skills to good use in the ‘real world’.

Stage Electrics recognise that the future of our industry relies on people like the crew at NSDF to progress their desire to move on to work in the technical production world full time and we are delighted to be in a position to help these people achieve their goal.
